Chief Executive Officer
Brian Pfeifer is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience leading strategic and operational transformations across a variety of industries. Prior to USDD, he was Chief Operating Officer at Pavement Partners, where he led platform workflow development and acquisition integration; earlier, he held leadership roles during a 12-year tenure at Danaher Corporation, including Americas Field Service GM, Commercial Process Improvement, M&A and Strategy, where he drove performance through the Danaher Business System. He began his career in finance at Leonard Green & Partners and Credit Suisse. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from University of California at Berkeley.
VP Operations
Trevor White is a results-driven executive with over 20 years of experience leading sales and operations across field service-based industries. In his prior role as Regional Vice President at CSC ServiceWorks, he led a high-performing team that included approximately 180 field service technicians across key metropolitan markets in the Southeast. Known for driving strategic growth, operational efficiency, and strong team culture, Trevor excels in optimizing processes and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. He brings a proven track record in P&L management, cross-functional leadership, and long-term organizational planning. He is passionate about building scalable solutions that deliver strong results and lasting customer value.
Safety Director
Chap Lozano is a dedicated safety leader. At US Dock & Door he pioneered the company’s first full-scale safety program and played a key role in shifting the organizational culture to emphasize both workplace and fleet safety. With a strong background spanning construction, logistics, and industrial operations, he has successfully driven risk management initiatives, safety audits, and hands-on training programs. He holds advanced OSHA certifications, specialized training in DOT/FMCSA regulations, and a Class A commercial driver’s license, graduating with top academic honors. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Chap remains committed to giving back through advisory board service and youth-focused volunteer efforts.
